We have a 3-day cash return policy, which means you have 3 days to place a return request after receiving your product and send the product back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll notify you and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the return request is initiated after 3 days of receiving the product, no cash returns will be given. Gift cards and credit notes will be the refund mode (if the request is made within 7 days).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days in your preferred payment method.
Order Cancellations
The order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing it. Any amount paid will be credited within 3 to 5 working days.
Cancellations will not be acceptable once the product is shipped.

Exchanges
- In case of exchange and return customer has to inform within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers need to send back the product they would want to exchange on their own. Reverse pick-ups are not included.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and be in a salable condition.
- The product must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
- After the receipt of the product, your request for exchanges will be processed.
- Products can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
- Discounted products will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or return.
